Let us analyze, then, with icy analytical rigor, the main cosmological hypotheses that have been formulated, stripping them of their mythical halo.
The Extraterrestrial Hypothesis and the Fallacy of Biological Rarity
The most widespread hypothesis maintains that these phenomena correspond to intelligences originating from other star systems. From the perspective of contemporary astrophysics, the possibility of life on other planets is not contradictory. The observable universe is home to billions of galaxies, and the constant discovery of exoplanets in zones of theoretical habitability expands the statistical horizon. However, astrobiology is clear: the existence of habitable planets is not equivalent to the demonstrated existence of life, and the presence of microbial life does not imply, in any way, the development of technological intelligence.

This is a colossal non sequitur. The technique belongs exclusively to the operational order; goodness belongs to the moral order. Humanity is irrefutable empirical proof that technology amplifies power, not virtue. An interstellar civilization could have perfected warp travel while also practicing genocide or slavery on a cosmic scale.
