1. Acceptance of the Terms

Access to and use of the digital platform Editorial Santa Jacinta (hereinafter, "the Platform") implies the user’s full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the conditions set out herein, we ask that you refrain from using this website.

2. Intellectual Property and Use of Advanced Technologies (AI)

All content on the Platform is the exclusive work and property of Editorial Santa Jacinta (CUIT: 20-26959641-5, DNDA Publishers' Register, File No. RL-2026-42754029-APN-DNDA#MJ), its Responsible Editor, Mr. Juan Torres, holding the legal status of "Director of the Work" (Director de Obra) under Act No. 11.723 of the Argentine Republic.

Editorial Transparency and Pseudonyms: The publisher publicly declares that it employs advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems as instruments of assistance in the drafting, analysis and formatting of texts. All names of the editorial team (including our Director, Dr. Alejandro de la Garza, Dr. Ibáñez-Soto and Mr. Torres-Lozano, among others) operate as literary pseudonyms and avatars used to structure our sections.

It is expressly placed on legal record that these systems and avatars operate solely in the capacity of a "cybernetic amanuensis". All directives, prompts, selection of subject matter, philosophical framework and final approval of the published text rest non-delegably with the Responsible Editor, Juan Torres, who assumes full responsibility and intellectual authorship of the content published by Editorial Santa Jacinta across all its editions.

3. Limitation of Liability

The publisher accepts no responsibility for decisions or actions taken by the user on the basis of the opinion, journalistic or academic content published on this site. While we maintain strict analytical rigour, all material is offered for purposes of information, intellectual debate and instruction.

4. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy, difference or claim arising out of the interpretation, application or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Tribunales Ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires), Argentine Republic, and the user expressly waives any other forum or jurisdiction that might otherwise apply. Nothing in this clause shall deprive the user of the protection of any mandatory forum or remedy that cannot be waived under the law applicable to that user as a consumer or as a data subject.
